This
attractive cottage occupies the most striking position near the end of a private estate road. Only fifty yards from the sea
at the head of sea loch close to the point where the River Shiel enters Loch Moidart. From here you can see the tide rise
and fall to provide an ever changing scene.
This
previously abandoned cottage is of traditional stone construction under a slate roof and has been extensively and completely
refurbished from a ruin to create a beautiful one bedroom cottage. The cottage has a hall, sitting room / kitchen, bedroom
and bathroom.
A
great deal of attention has been paid to the refurbishment. It has traditional tongue and groove ceilings with skylights to
allow a lot of natural light to flood the rooms. Pretty furnishings and modern fittings make this a most comfortable cottage
to stay at.
